Depp v Heard Unsealed Documents

On July 13, 2022, the full unsealed documents from the Johnny Depp v Amber Heard case were released on Andrea Burkhart’s website. We poured over these documents and pulled out the most important pieces. We found ourselves revisiting many parts of the trial that were shown in a whole new light. We also were shown more of the abuse that Depp endured at Amber’s hands. It is heart breaking. It made us so upset because it reminded us of our own previous abusers, which we explain in the video above. To watch our full coverage of the trial click here.

Amber DENIED that she ever physically (and verbally attacked) Johnny and used their couples therapist to support her claims. Yet, it would appear that their couples therapist did not fall for her bullshit. In fact, she did not support the TRO.

We may never see Dr. Anderson’s full notes on the relationship or hear her honest thoughts. But we can catch a glimpse. Here we see that Depp’s legal team was upset that so much of the notes were redacted. What did they say? They must not have been good for Amber. She was bragging about acting violent!? They had MORE proof she is a liar?! Depp could have easily filed assault charges against Amber and he probably should have, but it is too late now. As survivors we understand that it is not easy to hold your abuser accountable. In fact, we’ll often defend them and explain away their horrific actions.

One of the most common trends we see in these fake MeToo allegations is that very rarely do any of the so called “victims” have ANYONE they confided in. They randomly appear 20+ years after the “incident” occurred and are filled with rage and pain. Why now? Why wait decades? Some even claim they have selective amnesia. What they don’t know is that amnesia doesn’t work like that, except in the movies. One of the main exceptions is former New York Rep. Tom Reed, who’s accuser was texting her friend during the alleged incident about his actions. Reed resigned this last May 2022.

It’s come out Depp confided about Amber’s abuse to one of his best friends, Isaac Baruch. Isaac testified to this but it was held from the trial. However, Isaac was not completely silenced. He was able to testify about some things. His friend’s ordeal was clearly very difficult for him to handle, as it would be for any best friend. We also saw him mention Amber’s abuse to Marilyn Manson.

This is one of the most difficult parts of this to process. Amber wouldn’t even let Depp talk to his friends in peace! She timed him. As any typical narcissist Amber was insanely jealous and tried to control every aspect of his life. This is just creepy!

Here Depp describes relapsing in front of Amber because she wouldn’t stop yelling at him. We understand it must have been frustrating to watch him relapse, but what comes next is unbelievable and completely unacceptable. This is the part where Amber threw the bottle that sliced off part of Johnny’s finger. There is never an excuse to act so violently towards another person, especially one who just sat there and took it without a word in defense.

We also revisit Amber’s sister, Whitney who told Jennifer Howell that Amber confessed TO HER that she cut off the tip of Johny’s finger. “Oh my God, she has done it now. She cut off his fucking finger.” Remember Howell is no fan of either Johnny or Amber. She is first and foremost Whitney’s friend. And she was concerned because she saw that Whitney appeared to be one of Amber’s many victims.

Once again we hear more from Isaac Baruch. This poor man witnessed so much brutality. Here he describes Amber attempting to scapegoat and FRAME Johnny. He didn’t fall for it as he actively looked for the bruises she claimed she had just been given. NOTHING was there. This is what we call gaslighting.

Here Amber outrightly attacks Johnny Depp’s dick. Eve Barlow (Amber’s current girlfriend) jumps on the bandwagon too. We can’t imagine why this was excluded. If it is true, which we don’t care to find out, then it would violate HIPAA to disclose it. Also, ED is a medical problem that has nothing to do with causing an abusive nature. That’s insane! It’s completely illogical.

We also found out lots of interesting information about Amber Heard’s past. Not only was she a WILD party girl she made money as an escort and stripping. A girl’s gotta make money, but it’s just not surprising that Amber went down this career path.

There’s an old saying which states “There’s his side, her side, and then TRUTH”. While that is usually true, the evidence leans drastically towards Depp’s side. There is most likely so much more to this relationship that we will never know. It was probably much worse. For us, the worst thing Amber did was shit in Johnny’s bed. Let that sink in.
